Should Christians Support Israel?

Nowadays, many Christians are thinking they are doing God a good service by supporting Israel. What they don't (want) to know, however, is the fact that the Israeli government is totally anti-Christian. Just as the early Chruch in the past was persecuted by Jews, so are the Christians in Israel today; they are be spat upon them by orthodox Jews; they are being humiliated and ridiculed by them. There are also people today who refuse to believe that Jews have an inordinately great power in the U.S. the late Richard Nixon, once a President of America and Reverend Billy Graham, however, had once another opinion.
